If time permits, she can then send you out another size/style at a cost of $30 or she will make note of the return, and provide you with a store credit for your next rental (less $35 cancellation fee).
The garment must not be worn prior to returning, and should be packaged carefully.
Absolutely! Visit her in store at 264 St Kilda Road, St Kilda VIC. Or, if you are interstate why not use our $30 Try On Service where she will post a dress to you for 24 hours.
If your dress doesn't fit, or you are unhappy with the style she will happily offer you a store credit less $35 cancellation fee.
Refunds are only offered on orders cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to the rental start date.
She takes bookings up to 3 months in advance however, most customers will place their orders 2 - 3 weeks before their event.
Just keep in mind she often only stocks one size in each dress, so to avoid disappointment she recommends booking as early as possible.

Firstly, don't panic! Please simply contact Her Wardrobe by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. We have a team of professional dry cleaners and experienced seamstresses who are more than likely able to fix the issue at hand.
If the dress is not repairable, unfortunately, you will be charged the Recommended Retail Price of the dress so that it can be replaced. This amount will be invoiced to you once we have informed you that the dress is irreparable. In most cases, the dress will be repairable, and only the cost of repair will be passed onto you.
Delivery & Returns
You will receive your garment and/or accessories as well as a set of return instructions, care tips and a pre-paid return envelope all packaged beautifull in a Her Wardrobe box.
Express postage to all major cities in Australia is just $15. Return postage is included free with every order.
Postage is free on all orders over $150.
Yes, she will send you a tracking link for your parcel as soon as it is on its way. This may not be until the day before your nominated delivery date, but rest assured she will be sending your order via overnight express delivery.
If you do not receive the dress by 5pm on the day you expected please call her on 0431 854 020.
Simply place it in the pre-paid return satchel included with your order and drop it at your nearest Australia Post Office or Yellow Express Post Mail Box by 5pm on your 4th or 8th day of hire (your exact return date will be listed on the card included in your delivery).
There is no need to clean the dress; she will take care of that for you. If your return date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, she simply asks you post it back the next business day.
In most cases if you are not home your parcel will be left in a safe place on your property. Alternatively if the postman does not think it is safe to leave the parcel he/she will take it to the nearest post office for collection.
Please note your 4-day rental period begins from the day your parcel was first attempted to be delivered to you.
She includes a pre-paid return satchel, ready to pop into your nearest Australian Post Office or Express Post Mail Box with each rental. If you misplace the envelope, it is your responsibility to send the order back to her via Express Post by the due date at your own expense. Her Wardrobe relies heavily on timely returns. By returning a garment late you are potentially ruining another customer’s event - and no one wants that.
Please contact her via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you are unable to return the garment by the scheduled day of return. She will assist you in getting the dress back to us on time. However, if unsuccessful you will be charged for the full 4-day rental period again.
She offers a 4-day or 8-day rental period. Your 1st day of rental is considered to be the date you choose for your dress to be delivered to you.
All dresses are dry-cleaned by our premium dry cleaner as soon as they are returned. Her Team also carry out inspections before a garment is sent out, to ensure you always receive it in great condition.
Of course! As long as it is placed in an Australia Post Yellow Express Post Box by no later than 5pm on the 4th day of hire. This can be in the state you received your order or any other major Australian city.
She understands that plans change just email her at email@example.com and she will be happy to offer a full refund if your order is cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to your rental start date.
If you would like to cancel your order less than 2 weeks from the start date she will send you a store credit for your rental fee, which can be used on a future order.
She will do everything in her power to get the dress you ordered to you on time. However, in the very rare case that the customer before you has had a mishap with the dress, we will upgrade your order and ship you a more expensive style for the date you need. She never wants to leave you without something amazing to wear!
She does her best to ensure all garments arrive wrinkle free! However, should yours arrive with slight creases please refer to the Care Instructions & Tips included in your delivery for advice on how to have it looking perfect.
Please do not iron the dress, as it is likely the delicate fabric will be damaged. Instead hang it safely in your bathroom whilst you have a hot shower, the steam will get rid of any wrinkles.
She takes payment of the hire fee in full at the time of booking.
Her Wardrobe accepts payments via VISA, MasterCard & VISA Debit, PayPal, ZipPay and AfterPay.
No, she does not require a deposit. She simply takes payment for the full rental fee at the time of booking.
